Welcome to the South West Regional Logistics Academy; the first employer-led training academy specifically for those working within the logistics and freight industry.

We are wholly employer-led. 

Our focus is on working with the logistics and freight industry within the South West to improve business productivity and profitability while providing a creative and positive learning experience for your employees.

The role of the Logistics Academy represents an exciting development in the way employers engage with and access training for their staff, ensuring a long term partnership approach is established increasing business performance.  By also working in partnership with the academy, we will ensure on your behalf the training accessed is of high quality standards, fairly priced and the development needs of the business are met consistently and suitably. 

All training from the academy providers is developed in conjunction with employers to ensure that it has the best possible impact in terms of developing the learner and being embedded within the business.  This leads to greater long-term productivity and profitability for the employers involved which is measured against the business performance to prove its success and Return on Investment.
